prepares and submits to the Board of Directors for approval the Association's budget and / or adjustments to it;

organizes the implementation of decisions of the higher bodies of the Association;

represents the interests of the Association in state bodies, public and other organizations both in the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad;

manages the property of the Association;

enters into transactions on behalf of the Association, including employment contracts;

hires and dismisses employees of the Association, applies incentives and penalties to them;

signs the Association's charter, letters, orders and other documents on behalf of the Association;

opens bank accounts and manages the Association's funds;

issues powers of attorney on behalf of the Association;

ensures the accounting and submission of statistical and tax reports of the Association in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

on behalf of the Association, exercises the powers of the supreme governing body of the legal entities in whose activities the Association participates;

exercises other powers not assigned to the exclusive competence of the General Meeting of Members of the Association and the Board of Directors of the Association.

Yeleusizov M. Kh. is the Leader of the ecological union of associations and enterprises of Kazakhstan "Tabigat", which has made an invaluable contribution to the development of the ecology of Kazakhstan.

"Ecoton+" is a holding company that produces wall materials from autoclave-hardened cellular concrete. The company's plants are equipped with high-tech German YTONG equipment and located in Nur-Sultan (JSC "Ecoton+"), Aktobe (LLP "Ecoton-Batys"). The plant of JSC "Ecoton+" was implemented within the framework of the program of innovative and technological development of Kazakhstan by the Government and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the production of modern construction materials.
